Acorn Controls started its operations in April 2000 with an aim to endow design services to Instrumentation manufacturers and to industries requiring support of electronic product designs.

We develop all types of Electronic and Mechatronic products but more specifically we are in the field of Electronic flow meters such as Electro-magnetic Insertion and Full bore flow meters, Ultrasonic Portable and fixed type flow meters and Open Channel Flow meter. In addition we also offer Lab pH meters, Weighing controller, Angular position transmitter, Auto Fare meter and CO2 based ventilation controller.

Quality and innovation play a pivotal role in our organization. Our technical team has more than 35 years of product development and manufacturing experience. To supplement, we have a team of well experienced commercial staff to cater activities and customer needs efficiently.

Acorn Controls has customers all over the India in cities like Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata & Pune. They are mainly OEMs and are buying products and taking services for number of years putting their full faith in our capabilities, reliability, close support and attention. We are a registered supplier to defence labs like VRDE, R&D engineers and defence suppliers Bharat Electronics Ltd. for their defence products.

We have recently launched a novel product for Air Quality monitoring – using NDIR technique for CO2 level monitoring in ppm levels in confined places.
